Your Ideas Can Shape Our Neighborhood!

Our Winnetka Heights neighborhood is growing and thriving, and we now have a unique opportunity to make it even better! Thanks to a surplus in our budget, we’re excited to launch a community-driven initiative to allocate these funds thoughtfully.

We want to hear from YOU—the neighbors! What ideas do you have to enhance our neighborhood? Whether it’s beautifying public areas, implementing safety measures, creating more community spaces, or upgrading and maintaining amenities, no idea is too small or too big.

To ensure we make thoughtful and impactful decisions, we’ve established a Finance Committee tasked with reviewing all of the submitted projects. The committee will evaluate the proposals and determine the most beneficial and feasible ideas for the neighborhood. Once selected, these projects will be presented to the Winnetka Heights Neighborhood Association Board for a vote and final approval.

Together, we can utilize these resources in the best interest of our neighborhood!
